Zootown Derailleurs and the MORE Program

Zootown Derailleurs is a youth mountain bike team for kids aged 3-18, operated by the Missoula Parks and Rec MORE program with financial and operational support from MTB Missoula. After school programs run Spring and Fall, with additional week-long camps in the summer.

Derailleurs director Meg Whicher lays the foundation for a lifetime of healthy sport and vibrant community in these young riders. She and her coaches emphasize the importance of user etiquette and stewardship directly alongside skills instruction. We couldn't be more proud to continue to support this program into its third year: it's integral to our mission.
