Weekend Dig on House of Sky!

Construction is underway but there's a ton of work left to do. Help us keep things moving! Trail building is like crossfit, except you're in the woods and getting work done!

Bring gloves, lunch, and water, and come dressed for work. We're working about 2 miles from the trailhead, so expect a good hike into a remote location plus some very physical work. No trail building experience necessary and tools are provided!

The drive is about 20-25 min from town. The last part is a Forest Service road, West Fork Deer Creek road. Please drive a high clearance vehicle if you can. Here's a link to a Google Maps route to the meeting location. There has been some issues with Google Maps trying to route people through gated roads- make sure you continue driving past the Pattee Canyon rec area parking lot, continuing onto the dirt road and over the saddle to Deer Creek Road. Then take a right at the switchback, onto West Fork Deer Creek Road, and continue uphill to the top of the ridge where the Google link ends.

After work we'll enjoy some complimentary refreshments from Big Sky Brewing.
